I know you're all out there, so let's hear it!
Where's your Venus in your birth chart and how do you think it affects your Taurus moon? Do you think it would have been different if your Venus is somewhere else in your chart?
Mine is in Aquarius in the 9th house and i'm glad it's there. Besides my Taurus Rising, i have Taurus Moon and Capricorn Sun.
I would not have gotten far out of my comfort zone if not for my Venus in the house of mind expansion. My passion for philosophy, art, culture, travel, spirituality and new ideas meant that i am more ready to acccept changes than my rising Taurus nature would. I love unconventional ideas and i'm interested in social and intellectual discussions (aquarius).
Venus pretty much rules my chart, much more than my Sun and Moon.

Mon, October 30, 2006 - 6:02 AMI have Venus in Virgo, which I don't like because it is considered the 'fall.' But I think a trine from Neptune and it being in the 11th house helps.

Mon, October 30, 2006 - 11:22 AMMy venus is in Gemini in my 10th house, hanging out with mercury in Gemini, right next door to my Moon in Taurus in the 9th. I think it does create sort of a split between wanting to be light hearted and skim the surface and the moon wants to dig deep and understand. It is a delicate balance for me, but I am thankful for my Taurus moon or I would probably be quite a space cadet or at least a really flighty human.

Mon, October 30, 2006 - 7:26 PMIn Saggitarius....I guess that's pretty good....It's the Mars in Pisces that makes me a bit of a lazy dreamer....I like the Saggitarius Venus for the most part. -

Sun, November 5, 2006 - 8:09 AMI have Venus in Pisces, 7th house; As my moon and Venus are both exalted, I feel my moon and venus more than any other aspects in my natal chart. The rest is all wrapped up in Aquarius and Virgo, si intertwinned its hard to separate...

Tue, November 21, 2006 - 5:33 AMWell, since Taurus is traditionally ruled by Venus, the moon here would be influenced by venus and the sign and house it is in. For me, venus in aquarius and 9th house brings a little adventurous flavour to my slow, stubborn emotional nature.
Venus in cancer colours the taurus moon with sensitivity and enhances the need for an affectionate, stable and secure home life.
Venus in Libra will bring some intellectual and social focus to an otherwise pragmatic Taurus moon.
Now that you have explored your own venus, how do you feel it has affected your moon? -

Tue, December 12, 2006 - 12:09 PMi have venus in sag as well, in my 12th house, widely conjunct my neptune in the 12th. so i am a dreamer, but an enthused, optimistic one! my aquarius sun, merc and mars in the first give me a LOT of energy, though, and go well with the sagittarian stuff.

Sat, December 16, 2006 - 7:52 PMmy venus is in scorpio. i think taurus - scorpio struggles are really a big factor in me. i crave physical comfort - touch, smell, warmth. i love love. and i am fascinated by what lies under the surface. i tend to expect the world from a relationship (big neptune influences) and i prefer to stay alone and do most of the time until i find true love. when i do, i become obsessed over it, esp mentally.
i tend to be more attracted to scorpios than to taurus people though. i think venus may be more of an important factor therefore in who we are attracted to. i find taurus individuals often low in self confidence (an earthy detriment which i share) and go for "whatever they can get". scorpios tend to be possesive but they are deeply loyal.

Mon, June 11, 2007 - 6:53 PMi feel the relationship between moon and venus is a complex one, and that venus in sag is a sort of polyamorous placement, while that sorta freaks out the taurus moon in me.
i have a lot of sagittarius in my chart, and also chiron in the 12th house in taurus and taurus rising... -

And both in the 3rd house...lots of yummy sensual communication, of all varieties but i do particularly like the verbal kind. Love words. Well placed, emotive, sensual , provocative words...and no surprise I'm a poet & songwriter...

Fri, August 10, 2007 - 11:53 PMMy moon is in the 11th house. The Aquarius offers newer and better ways. The 8th house gives the kick of consciousness out of the old Aquarius and into the new. And, certainly and thankfully off sets all my pisces by putting me in logic mode. In a practical way. I am not aloud to be so self indulgent and I am more likely able/willing to offer Taurean comfort ideas in a consciously serving way. I make a natural body scrub. My last painting was when I was pregnant and it represented my daughter's life expression "Vibrant". I am in the process of building a website offering better ideas for living. I take the Marta (public transit. Seemingly a very bold move in Atlanta) and have docked my SUV. That's it! Taking bold moves with more conscious ways of living. And, not so much saving face.
